The Embassy exists to serve as the heartbeat of our movement, a foundation for growth, knowledge, and community transformation. Our mission is to build a safe, empowering space where individuals can access truth, develop their potential, and uplift one another.
Through the First Church of Urantia, we are committed to providing a library of real knowledge, mentorship through structured learning, and creative opportunities through media and production. We aim to cultivate leaders, inspire purpose, and amplify the voices within our community.
We are not waiting for change; we are creating it. Brick by brick, we are building a stronger, more conscious, and unified neighborhood for generations to come.

You might wonder why we use the name Melchizedek. This goes back to the 'Sage of Salem,' a teacher who came to Earth a long time ago to keep the light of the one true God alive when the world was slipping into darkness. By naming our program the Melchizedek Initiative and our home the Melchizedek Embassy, we are claiming that same mission: to be teachers, leaders, and a light for the community when things seem at their darkest.
We believe that if you are going to grow spiritually, you gotta be doing alright physically as well. That’s why the Melchizedek Initiative is putting in the work to help our people level up across the board. We ain't just dropping knowledge; we’re out here providing mentoring for the youth, helping folks find solid job opportunities, and teaching the real truth about our history. We're building a brotherhood and sisterhood where we mentor one another so the whole community rises together. If you're ready to change your situation and find your true purpose, this is where you start.

Most folks think history is just what they read in the schoolbooks, a few thousand years of building empires and fighting wars. But we know the story is far older and bigger than that.
The Melchizedek Initiative is our way of getting back to the real roots. About 4,000 years ago, when the world was slipping into the dark and forgetting the Father, a teacher named Machiventa Melchizedek appeared right here on Urantia. He didn't come to start a religion; he came to keep the truth alive. He taught that there is only one God and that we find our way back to Him through simple faith.
We ain't just looking at the past, we are using the revelations in The Urantia Book to understand our cosmic origin and our future destiny. The Melchizedek Initiative is for the seekers, the ones who feel like there’s more to the story and the ones ready to walk the path of spiritual enlightenment.

To the Executive Board of Directors,
This document serves as a formal, non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) by the Melchizedek Embassy
International to acquire the total real property assets, land, and improvements located at 1949 Duels Street,
New Orleans, LA 70119 from the New Orleans Delta Foundation, Inc. This offer directly reflects our
expanded Phase 1 Capital Scaffolding Blueprint and our operational intent to immediately activate this
historic sanctuary as our primary international command terminal.
Our organization deeply respects the initial vision established upon your acquisition of the property in
September 2015. However, acknowledging that the facility has remained in an un-activated, stagnant holding
pattern for more than ten (10) consecutive years, this transaction is specifically engineered to relieve your
foundation of all ongoing property liabilities, holding costs, and asset depreciation while fulfilling the true,
high-value community and global mandate of the site. Our terms of intent are outlined as follows:
1.Acquisition and Purchase Price: The Melchizedek Embassy International proposes a total cash-
equivalent purchase price backed by our secured $2,000,000.00 infrastructure fund. The exact transaction
valuation will be finalized upon a mutual inspection of current structural integrity, ensuring an
unencumbered financial exit for your foundation.
2.Capital Optimization: By liquidating this stagnant asset, the New Orleans Delta Foundation will
instantly free up extensive capital pools currently bound to property maintenance, insurance, and
municipal holding overhead, allowing immediate redirection into your active local programs.
3.Immediate Institutional Activation: Upon execution of the definitive purchase agreement, the
Melchizedek Embassy International will commence immediate structural retrofitting. The property will
instantly host our international network operations, data sovereignty server architectures, and the
Sovereignty Over Stress (S.O.S.) community workplace curriculum.
4.Due Diligence Phase: Upon written acceptance of this LOI, the buyer shall be granted a thirty (30) day
due diligence period to perform standard engineering structural container audits, title trace
synchronizations, and municipal environmental zoning verifications.
5.Exclusivity of Negotiation: During the due diligence period, the seller agrees to enter into an exclusive
negotiation posture, withdrawing the property from any secondary market inquiries or open real estate
portfolios.
We are prepared to move with absolute velocity. The Office of the Chancellor is fully authorized to
coordinate and execute all escrow logistics upon your positive response to this mandate.
